💳 Payment & Pricing

• Transparency: All payment methods, total prices (including/excluding VAT), and tax rates are clearly displayed at checkout.
• Shipping Costs: Any shipping fees are calculated and shown in the webshop checkout before you complete your purchase.Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over 999 kr. For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates apply of 99 kr.

📦 Delivery Details

• Timeline: Standard delivery occurs within 30 days unless a different timeframe is specified at the time of purchase.
• Method: Your available delivery options are shown at checkout.
• Territory: We currently deliver within Sweden only, unless otherwise specified.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is correct. As the customer, you are responsible for providing accurate contact details.

🔄 Order Management

• Availability: We reserve the right to remove non-deliverable items from your order and reduce the price accordingly.
• Cancellations:Private Customers: You can cancel at no cost until the order has been processed (invoice or shipping label created).Business Customers: Once an order is processed, it must be accepted. For custom-made products, compensation for costs and lost profit may be required.Validity: A cancellation is only valid once you have received a confirmation from us.
• Changes: You can request changes to stocked items until the order is processed. Price adjustments will be based on the rates at the time of the change.
• Partial Deliveries: These occur only upon request and will incur an additional shipping fee.

⚠️ Unclaimed Packages

It is your responsibility to collect your package within the timeframe stated in your notification.

• Returns: If a package is not collected or cannot be received, it will be returned to us.
• Fees: We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for shipping and administrative costs for unclaimed orders.
• Collection: Unpaid fees for unclaimed packages may be referred to a collection agency (inkasso).

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)

As a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under the Distance Contracts Act.

🚫 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made products: Items manufactured to your instructions or with a clear personal touch.
• Hygiene & Health products: Items with a broken seal that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
• Sealed Media: Audio/video recordings or software with a broken security seal.
• Opened Beauty Products: Perfumes and similar items that have been opened.
• Perishables: Goods that deteriorate quickly or expire (e.g., food/plants).
• Single Media: Individual issues of newspapers or magazines.

📦 Condition of the Product

• Inspection: You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store.
• Value Depreciation: If the item is used or handled carelessly and cannot be sold as new, you are liable to compensate the shop for the decrease in value.
• Packaging: Open the packaging as carefully as possible. Note that items with a broken technical seal cannot be returned.
• Full Refunds: To receive a full refund, the item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original, unopened packaging.

🕒 The 14-Day Period

• Start Date: The withdrawal period begins the day you receive your item.
• Multiple Items: If your order arrives in parts, the period starts when you receive the final item.
• Services: For services, the period begins the day we confirm your order. If the service is completed with your consent, you waive the right to withdraw.

📝 How to Make a Return

1. Notify Us: Follow the instructions under our "Customer Service" tab.
2. Confirmation: We will send an immediate confirmation and determine if you meet the requirements for a return.
3. Shipping Instructions: You will receive an email with instructions on how to send the item back.
4. Return Costs: By law, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refund: Once we receive the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
